To promote education and child welfare-related programs, the Cow Creek Tribe of Umpqua Indians awards $1,000 scholarships to one senior from each of 14 Douglas County, Oregon high schools.
As part of its mission to promote education and child welfare-related programs throughout southern Oregon, the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians awarded $1,000 scholarships to one senior from each high school in Douglas County.
